HAC2023 Hotel Information
The in-person side of Families USA’s Health Action 2023 is taking place at the award-winning Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill, located at 400 New Jersey Avenue NW, Washington, DC. At the Hyatt, you will enjoy top-notch amenities and friendly, attentive staff. You’ll have easy access to all of the attractions of our nation’s capital from our location in the heart of this vibrant downtown neighborhood. Registrants for Health Action 2023 receive a special Hyatt rate of $254 per room (single or double) per night, plus taxes, until Friday, January 6, 2023. After that date, if a room is available, you may have to pay a higher rate.
More than two people may share a room at an additional charge, with a maximum of four occupants ($279 per night, plus taxes for triple occupancy and $304 per night, plus taxes for quadruple occupancy).
You must guarantee your reservation with a credit card. You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to two days prior to 3:00 pm EST on the day of arrival.
Hotel room reservations can be made online or by calling the hotel at 1-800-233-1234. Be sure to tell them you’re with Families USA’s Health Action conference to get the special conference room rate. If you need an accessible room, please inform the hotel when you make your reservation.
Parking at the hotel
Valet parking is available for hotel guests at $62 per night (including 24-hour in/out privileges). The garage has a clearance of 6 ft. for vans and SUVs (valet rate for oversized vehicles is $66 per night). Self-parking is not available.
Hourly valet parking is also available for conference attendees and hotel visitors. Rates are as follows: 0-2 hours—$33, 2-10 hours—$46, 10-24 hours—$62 ($66 for oversized vehicles).
Additional parking is available at Union Station (2-3 blocks from the hotel), and ranges from $9.95 to $72, depending on the length of stay for up to 72 hours. To view detailed rates and restrictions, visit the Union Station Parking Garage website here.
