Families USA believes a diversity of voices and experiences are necessary to making health and health care more equitable for everyone. We understand there are barriers that make it difficult for underrepresented groups to attend this event, so we offer needs-based registration and housing scholarships. Please note: There are a limited number of scholarships available, and the deadline to submit a scholarship application is October 15, 2019.

HA2020 Hotel Info
Health Action 2020 is taking place at the award-winning Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill, located at 400 New Jersey Avenue NW, Washington, DC. Additional hotel information can be found here.
Registrants for Health Action 2020 receive a special Hyatt rate of $235 per room (single or double) per night, plus taxes, until Wednesday, December 18, 2019. After that date, if a room is available, you may have to pay a higher rate.
More than two people may share a room at an additional charge, with a maximum of four occupants ($260 per night, plus taxes for triple occupancy and $285 per night, plus taxes for quadruple occupancy).
You must guarantee your reservation with a credit card. You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to two days prior to 3:00 pm EST on the day of arrival.
Hotel room reservations can be made online, or by calling the hotel at (202) 737-1234. Be sure to tell them you’re with Families USA's Health Action conference to get the special conference room rate. If you need an accessible room, please inform the hotel when you make your reservation.
