This fact sheet compares and combines three Kansas-based organizations’ estimates on the net impact of Medicaid expansion in the state. Based on these estimates, the cost of Medicaid expansion in Kansas will be entirely, or almost entirely, offset. Based on some estimates, Medicaid expansion could even result in a net savings for the state.
