Texas v. United States Issue Briefs

In Texas v. United States, 18 states are asking unelected federal judges to repeal the ACA, the most significant domestic policy legislation enacted by Congress in generations. If this suit succeeds, millions of families in America will lose health coverage and affordable access to essential health care. Millions of consumers will lose their health insurance, and state economies will suffer.  Children, Women and Latinos are among the many people who will lose essential health care protections and become uninsured, in every state.
