Request for Information on Access to Care and Coverage for People Enrolled in Medicaid and CHIP

Today, Families USA submitted comments for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Request for Information (RFI) on how to provide better, equitable access to care.

As the redetermination process looms ahead, this RFI is a critical opportunity to provide substantive feedback on ways CMS can streamline eligibility. We are urging the administration to improve and protect Medicaid coverage and access for families and to center equity as part of its commitment to health equity and justice.
