Medicaid Stakeholder Sign-On Letter Opposing Block Grant Guidance

Families USA led over 450 stakeholder organizations to oppose the recent block grant guidance released by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Together, we believe this guidance threatens the essential health coverage Medicaid provides and is being done without proper authority.

The signers include state and national groups, with representation from all 50 states, District of Columbia, and several U.S. territories. It includes a broad coalition of organizations that represent patients and providers, as well as organizations outside health care who are also gravely concerned for the impacts the guidance would have on their constituencies.
