Families USA Testimony on NJ Hospital Price Transparency Bill

Sophia Tripoli, Senior Director of Health Policy at Families USA, submitted testimony to the New Jersey Senate Health, Human Services and Senior Citizens Committee in advance of their committee hearing on January 29, 2024 on legislation, including legislation, S1984 which codifies the federal hospital price transparency rule into State law.

The written testimony expresses our strong support of S1984 which will help achieve meaningful price transparency in the health care system in the State of New Jersey.
