Consumers First Recommendations to the Healthy Futures Task Force

Members of the Consumers First steering committee sent the attached letter in response to a series of requests for information by the Healthy Futures Task Force, which is a House of Representatives task force established by Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy. The letter reflects some select consensus recommendations around improving transparency, increasing competition, and modernizing telemedicine. It was signed by Families USA; the American Academy of Family Physicians; American Benefits Council; American Federation of State, County & Municipal Employees; and the Purchaser Business Group on Health.
