Consumers First Letter of Support to Senate Judiciary Committee on Hospital Consolidation Hearing

On May 19, 2021, The Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Competition Policy, Antitrust, and Consumer Rights held a hearing on the impact of hospital consolidation on the cost and quality of American health care. Consumers First submitted a letter to the committee supporting the subcommittee’s efforts to address anticompetitive practices in the US health care system and to elevate solutions that will ensure all people have access to affordable, high-quality health care and the health they deserve.
