Families USA has recognized Adam Fox, Deputy Director of Colorado Consumer Health Initiative, with the 2023 Health Justice Advocate of the Year for Health Care Value. Adam was nominated for his longstanding advocacy work in Colorado, and for his recent work that has positioned CCHI as a leader in taking on provider pricing abuses. As a longtime partner of Families USA, Adam has been a powerful voice in the discussion on hospital pricing abuses and surprise medical billing, on top of advancing Colorado’s public option and being a thoughtful leader in how to involve community voice in advocacy work.
