Tasha Dawson

Deputy Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships

Tasha Dawson works with the Strategic Partnerships team to identify and engage critical community stakeholders that will advance advocacy efforts at the state and national level. Tasha established her career working in outreach and volunteer engagement across many nonprofit, government and academic organizations, and held a particular focus and interest for local communities and DE&I initiatives. At the Office of Minority Health, Tasha built strong, meaningful, bipartisan relationships across sectors and collaborated on the development and implementation of strategic outreach in the science, research, and healthcare spaces. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in health science from Howard University as well as a Masters in nonprofit and association management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
