Jane Sheehan

Jane Sheehan is Deputy Senior Director of Federal Relations at Families USA, where she helps implement the organization’s work with federal policymakers and key national partners on all of Families USA’s program areas. She leads the organization’s work to enact consumer protections from surprise medical bills, manages several national stakeholder coalitions, and directs legislative and administrative strategy on health care value issues. Prior to joining Families USA, Sheehan worked on the legislative staff of then- Representative Ed Pastor (D-AZ), a senior member of the House Appropriations Committee, advising him on a variety of domestic policy issues. Sheehan holds a BA in political science from Marist College.
