LATEST: Check out the agenda-at-glance, which is updated frequently as we finalize workshops and confirm speakers.
It has never been more critical for consumers and leaders in the health care community to come together than in 2018.
Congressional leaders know that health care is an issue people care about deeply and that only bipartisan action can build on and improve the Affordable Care Act. The Health Action conference will bring together state and national experts and leaders to bring into sharp focus the range of choices and their impact on the nation’s health care system.
Health Action is also a celebration of the incredible work that is being done across the nation to protect the advances made under the Affordable Care Act, as well as an opportunity to create models for health system improvements and transformations for the years ahead.
At Health Action 2018, you will:
- Be inspired by state and national leaders who are leading the way in improving health care for America’s families
- Learn from informative workshops on the latest field strategies and skills-building techniques
- Network with state and national colleagues facing similar challenges and opportunities
- Celebrate the successes of health care innovations
- Grow stronger and more focused for the work ahead in 2018
This year’s Health Action conference will offer more opportunities to interact with state and national partners and more chances to hear from national experts who are shaping the future of health care. From health care equity and value to 1332 waivers and from drug pricing to community health workers, you will hear more about the broad diversity of new ideas and approaches that will affect the health care of our nation’s consumers and their families.
Health Action 2018 is organized by Families USA with active support from a broad spectrum of advocacy and enrollment assister organizations throughout the country. We hope you can join us in Washington, D.C. this January for what is surely to be our most engaging conference yet. Save the date for Thursday, January 25 through Saturday, January 27, 2018.
