Every January, Families USA, in conjunction with a wide range of national organizations, organizes a grassroots health advocacy conference in Washington, DC. It's a great place to learn and share strategies with other advocates around the country and to recharge for the year ahead.

Next year's conference, Health Action 2009, will be held January 29-31, 2009 at the Renaissance Mayflower Hotel. Watch this space for updates.

As you can see from looking at the highlights of Health Action 2008, every year we have exciting speakers from Capitol Hill, the Administration, and national organizations, as well as over 30 workshops led by policy and advocacy experts.
