Health reform helps those with chronic illnesses

Jennifer Jaff, a consumer advocate for patients with chronic illnesses, shares her personal story about the day the Affordable Care Act passed in the video above.

She says, “It finally feels like somebody was going to do something for us, for those of us with chronic illnesses who can’t afford the health care we need in order to continue to function.”
