Jessica Kendall is the Director of the Enrollment Assister Network at Families USA. In this position, she works with enrollment assisters to identify best practices in enrollment-related activities, and she shares those lessons with the network at the national, state, and local levels. She also provides technical assistance related to designing enrollment assister programs, developing outreach strategies and tactics, and communicating effectively with consumers.
Prior to joining Families USA, Ms. Kendall was the Outreach Director at Enroll America. She has also consulted on consumer assistance and navigator-related projects for the National Academy of State Health Policy and the Georgetown Center for Children and Families. Before working at the national level, she worked with Oregon’s CHIP and Medicaid programs, where she designed and led outreach efforts to connect uninsured families with health coverage.
Ms. Kendall holds an MPH from Portland State University and a BA from the University of Southern Maine.
